Cancellation Requests

Customers can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests must be sent via email to doraemon33363@gmail.com using the same ID used for ordering.

Include the order ID and reason for cancellation in the email.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers can only raise return requests upon receiving a faulty product after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be provided, including on discounted or promotional items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a replacement instead of a refund..

Replacement requests are processed within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
